The audio description is transmitted live during the performance through a special device equipped with a single-ear headset that is provided on the evening by the theatre staff.
Transmission of the audio description begins 10 minutes before the start of the performance.
SUBTITLES
Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing are transmitted during the performance directly to the user's smartphone.
Access is granted via a QR Code which is provided on the evening by the theatre staff.
This code gives direct access to the page for the synchronised display of the subtitles.
We recommend that you ensure that your smartphone battery is charged and that your device has an internet connection.
